St. Pauli on both
SC Paderborn 07 strengthens the midfield with David Kinsombi from SV Sandhausen. After relegation from SVS, the 27-year-old is free. Kinsombi arrived at Sandhausen from HSV last summer, where he is the team’s top scorer with six goals and six assists in 30 games.
« In our transfer policy, we pursue a good mix of talented young players and seasoned players who… know the 2. Bundesliga well. David is one of the experienced professionals in the 2nd Bundesliga, has played there several times in the top third of the table and emits a goal threat, » said sporting director Benjamin Weber.

According to « Bild », Kinsombi should also have been a problem at FC St. Pauli – like his brother Christian (23). The forward is not available on a free transfer but can leave Sandhausen on a low six-figure exit clause. According to the « Hamburger Morgenpost », there should already have been contact with the « Kiezkickern », but there are still several second division teams in the running.
