In April, the women of Leipzig celebrated their promotion to the Bundesliga. As of today, we also know who will follow the Saxony team in the women’s Bundesliga.

With a 3-0 victory against TSG Hoffenheim II, the women of 1. FC Nürnberg celebrated their rise to the top flight.

So far, the women of Nuremberg have only been there once. It was during the 1999/2000 season. The Franconians can now celebrate their return. Congratulations!
