Füllkrug’s current contract runs until 2025 but stipulates that the 30-year-old will receive a 15% pay cut from the coming season. ‘Sport Bild’ also reported on this pungent contract detail. This clause was agreed when the contract was concluded due to the striker’s advanced age.
