Paris FC celebrated its return to Ligue 1 last summer after 46 years. Coach Stéphane Gilli played a major role in this. After a series of six games without a win, the club is in a downward spiral and has just announced the dismissal of the coach.

A little later, a successor was presented. Antoine Kombouaré takes over the post and is supposed to lead the Parisians towards relegation in danger.

This is not the 62-year-old’s first coaching role in the French capital. From 2009 to 2011, he was head coach of Paris Saint-Germain.
