After Messi & Busquets
Inter Miami could increasingly become a revival club of former La Liga stars. After Lionel Messi (36) and Sergio Busquets (34), there is now speculation about a possible change of former Barcelona colleague Jordi Alba (34). Negotiations are « well advanced », the Spanish newspaper « Sport » reported on Sunday.
However, there has been no official confirmation either on the American club’s website or on that of Major League Soccer (MLS). The changes to Messi and Busquets at the bottom of the current Eastern Conference table, which are already considered certain, have not yet been confirmed either. Messi himself recently announced that he will play in Miami in the future.
