Welcome to the 1st team. . I am looking forward to the season and the challenges that lie ahead. I am looking for players who are committed, fit and disciplined. I am always looking for new players to strengthen an excellent squad, who with a bit of belief could well succeed in this league. I am hoping my expierence in non-league and professional football can be pA*Sed on to the players and they enjoy every game this year. Worcester park is a friendly club who welcomes everyone. I promise all my decisions will be made for the benefit of the team and all I ask from my players is honesty and 100% commitment. Pre-season has started and we mean business this year so all players will need to do there own fitness to get to the required standard. I have appointed Jocky as my number 2 again this year as his body will not repair it self anymore. Jocky will bring vast expierence to the 1st team and I am looking forward to working with him. Lastly I would like to thank Lee for all his hard wiork as he moves up into the boardroom as 'director of football'. Sadly he has been advertising this fact to the every black cab driver in London who now think he is loaded with Russian Rubels. I think it's a great move for the club and he has already secured sponsorship which will go a long way to supplying new kits for all the teams. He has also ordered tracksuits and training kits. Lastly I wish everyone well and I look forward to the season.
